Turkey4Property charges a once off administration and setup fee of €250 to each client who wants to advertise their property on our website for resale purposes. If Turkey4Property approves a property as being suitable to market on our website we do not offer any form of refund for the €250 paid to Turkey4Property towards the setup and administration cost under any circumstances.
We offer no form of sales guarantee regarding the sale of any clients property.
Turkey4Property Sales Commission Structure
Turkey4Property charges the following sales commissions for handling the resale of a clients property based on the following two scenarios.
- If Turkey4Property finds a direct buyer for a clients property through our own independent online and offline marketing initiatives we charge our client a 10% sales commission plus Vat based on the final agreed sales price of the property.
- If one of our Partners or Sales Agents finds a purchaser for one our clients resale properties featured on our website we charge a 15% sales commission plus Vat to the seller based on the final agreed sales price of the property. The 15% is split 50% 50% with our agent or partner and a sales commission invoice will be provided by both Turkey4Property and our Sales Partner to the seller.
Our sales commission does not include the additional costs that will be incurred by both the Seller and the Buyer in the sales process such as Legal Fees, Tapu Transfer Tax, Notary Charges, Military Clearance Application Costs, Residency Permission Costs and any other such related costs associated with either the sale or purchase of the property

We require that all images for any resale property are of a good standard and if they are not we will not be able to feature the property on our website.
Tips that will significantly affect the resale of a property are as follows.
- Pictures of your property should always be taken when sunlight is at the highest point in the apartment.
- Curtains should always be open in all rooms and the lights should always be on when taking the pictures.
- The apartment should look clean and tidy with as little clutter shown in the pictures as this will detract from the over all image of the property.
- We require good quality interior images and exterior images of the property so as to give the potential buyer the best overall presentation of the proposed property for sale.
